Wellbeing Week

The aim of the Wellbeing Week is to help students to look after their physical and mental health. The focus is on stress-management, healthy lifestyles and student welfare in general. The Wellbeing Week is held once a year in both Joensuu and Kuopio.

During the week there are presentations, talks, events and general guidance related to topics such as nutrition, exercise and how to look after your emotional and social health.

Both students and staff are welcome to attend the Wellbeing Week.
