Feedback of the Smiles and Complaints Week will be issued during the spring

In week 14 ISYY collected feedback during the traditional Smiles and Complaints Week. This spring the feedback could be given with an electronic feedback form and more freely on Instagram.

The feedback was collected on the following topics: FSHS, the Library, the Language Centre, Fazer Food&Co., Tutoring, the Career and Counselling Services, the Self-Study Facilities, Student Housing, University communications, the University, ISYY, Sykettä Sports Services, Orientation and Equality and Accessibility at the campus. In addition, there was a separate question about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and its effects.

Compared to the previous years we received less feedback in total since the traditional folding screens and post-it notes left out while the campuses were closed. The electronic questionnaire, however, was more popular than earlier: more than a double amount of the responses were given through it compared to the previous years!

As usual, the University and Fazer Food&Co. received the largest share of feedback.

The feedback has now been compiled and delivered to the parties concerned. Feedbacks and the responses will be issued in ISYY’s communications channels later in spring. The valuable information about our members’ thoughts will also be used continually in our interest advocacy work.
