Below, you will find information on how to proceed if your student card with payment functionality must for some reason be destroyed, or if you have lost it.
In case the card has not been activated, you must cut it in half and send it by post to: Elisa Rahoitus Oy / Asiakaspalvelu, PL1, 00061 ELISA
In case the card has already been activated (at Elisa Lompakko service), you must close it by calling to Elisa’s customer service (contact information below). After this, you must cut the card in half and sent it by post to the address mentioned above.
In case the card has been activated and lost, you must close it by calling to Elisa’s customer service.
If another card has been attached or will be attached to Elisa Lompakko service, the money on the account can be used with the new cad. If for some reason, a new card is not ordered, you will get instructions on how to access the money at the account from Elisa’s customer service.
