Parliamentary Elections are coming! In Finland, the Election Day is Sunday 19 April 2015, and the advance voting between 8 and 14 April 2015 and abroad between 8 and 11 April 2015. As the honor of the beginning of the advance voting The Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY) arranges general elections theme days in Joensuu and Kuopio campuses. Now you have a good chance to get current information about the general elections and the themes which are important to the students!

#Koulutuslupaus (Promise for Education) is university students’ national parliamentary election campaign that was launched 25.2. Campaign is organized by The Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences – SAMOK and The National Union of University Students in Finland – SYL together with student unions of universities and universities of applied sciences across Finland. With the #koulutuslupaus -campaign the students want to remind the candidates and parties that education is the best gift for an individual and the society.
