Band Shifts for Spring 2026

With this form you can apply for a shift at Studentia band rehearsal space in Kuopio for Spring 2026. Application period is open until Sunday 14.12. Spring shifts are valid 1.1.-31.5.2026.

Band shift is 2h/week. Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday and they always starts an hour or half past, not for example 13.15.

On weekdays (Mon-Fri) at 8.00-15.00 you can apply any two hour shift.

On weekdays (Mon-Fri) at 15.00-21.00 (door closes at 20.30) you can apply a two hour shift on following times

• at 15.00-17.00
• at 17.00-19.00
• at 19.00-21.00

On weekends (Sat-Sun) you can apply any two hour shift at 8.00-20.00 (door closes at 19.00)

Fill out the form with following details:

• Name of the band (if there is no band name fill the name of the contact person)
• Name of the contact person
• Email of the contact person
• Is there one or more ISYY members in the band 
• One primary shift and two secondary shifts  

If more than one band has applied the same shift as a primary shift the secondary shifts are taken into account. Band shifts are primarily for ISYY members. If more than one band has applied the same shift those bands with ISYY member(s) will be priority. The price of the band shift is 25€/month + the deposit of the key 50€ if needed. The bands will be informed about the shifts on week 51.

If you are willing to get invidual band shift please contact ISYY's Specialist of the Organisational Affairs. Individual band shifts can be booked only after the application period.

NB! If your band doesn't have the key please be prepared to pick it up from ISYY office on week 51 (15.-19.12.). On January the office will be open for the first time on Wednesday 7.1.
