ISYY organised a Representative Council info session virtually 23.9.2025 starting at 4:15 pm with a Finnish session. The English section was cancelled due to a lack of an audience but would have started at 5:15 pm and lasted about an hour; half an hour was reserved for the info-session and half an hour for possible questions from the audience. In attendance, there were members from ISYY’s central elections committee and specialists to give answers to questions members might have on their mind and to tell them about the Representative Council and its work.

The candidate gallery is available in ISYY's electrical voting system from 15. October to 6. November where you can find the candidates and their candidate numbers. There is also a picture and a introduction text of the candidate if the candidate has added it to the website.
ISYY will organise a panel discussion for candidates on both campuses.

You can vote during the advance voting period from 27 to 31 of October and on the election day on 6 November in ISYY's electric election system.
You can join us on the Election Night on 6 November to wait for the results of the elections from 4 pm until 6 pm. In Kuopio the gathering is held at ISYY's office and in Joensuu the gathering has been moved from ISYY's office to downstairs to Suvas' Meeting Venue. Some snacks and drinks will be provided along with a fun Election Night bingo and lots and lots of Election cheer! You can also join the gathering virtually with this link.
