ISYY office opening hours on August and September 2026

ISYY offices in Joensuu and Kuopio are open again. In Autumn semester offices will be open at the same hours as usual. From offices you can get a term sticker for a student card. We will inform you separately about the arrival of academic year calendars for 2025–2026.

ISYY offices are exceptionally closed on Monday and Tuesday 17–18 August. On the last Friday of August and first two Fridays of September, the offices are exceptionally open, because of the rush hour of the beginning of the semester. Check the office opening hours and exceptions below. All the exceptions to the opening hours can also be found from the homepage of ISYY's website.

Regular opening hours of ISYY's offices:

• Mon: at 10–12 and 13–15
• Tue: at 10–12 and 13–15
• Wed: at 12–16
• Thu: at 10–12 and 13–15
• Fri: closed

Exceptions to opening hours:

• Mon–Tue 17–18 August offices are closed
• Fri 28 August offices are open at 10–12 and 13–15
• Fri 4 September offices are open at 10–12 and 13–15
• Fri 11 September offices are open at 10–12 and 13–15
• Wed 30 September offices are closed (Sports Afternoon Day)
