You can apply a shift by filling an online application form. The application form opens on 18th of August 12 p.m. and closes on 25th of August 12 p.m.
One shift is max. 2 hours. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday 8:00 – 21:30 and on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) 8:00 – 21:00. The evening shifts from Monday to Friday are fixed: 15:30 – 17:30; 17:30 – 19:30; 19:30 – 21:30. On weekends and daytime you can apply for any two hour time period you want. Autumn shifts are valid from the 1st of September until 31st of December.
The rent for one shift at the rehearsal space is 20€/month. The rent has to be paid before the fifth day of the month. Otherwise you’ll have to pay a sanction fee of 5€/month
To train at the band rehearsal space you’ll also need a key. To get a key you’ll have to pay a deposit fee of 50 euros. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.
