Band Shifts for Summer 2026

With this form you can apply for a shift at Studentia band rehearsal space in Kuopio for Summer 2026. Application period is open until Sunday 24.5. Spring shifts are valid 1.6.-31.8.2026.

Band shift is 2h/week. Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday and they always starts an hour or half past, not for example 13.15.

This summer you can apply shifts on weekdays (Mon-Fri) at 7.00-15.00 you can apply any two hour shift. Please notice that the last shift strarts at 13.00 and you have to be out of Studentia at 15.00, when the doors to Studentia are closed.

The shift costs 25 €/month. If you need the key the deposit fee is 50 €. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.

If you are interested in booking individual two-hour band shifts for the summer, contact ISYY's Association Specialist after the application period for standard shifts has ended. If you are interested in individual band shifts, please note that ISYY's office will close for the summer so it is not possible to book individual shifts between 11.6.-2.8.2025.

Fill out the form with following details:

• Name of the band (if there is no band name fill the name of the contact person)
• Name of the contact person
• Email of the contact person
• Is there one or more ISYY members in the band
• One primary shift and two secondary shifts

If more than one band has applied the same shift as a primary shift the secondary shifts are taken into account. Band shifts are primarily for ISYY members. If more than one band has applied the same shift those bands with ISYY member(s) will be priority.
