The Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland
14.09.2026
Wellbeing Week will be held for the thirteenth time at the University of Eastern Finland from 28 September to 2 October 2026. The aim of the Wellbeing Week is to offer UEF students and staff a wellbeing promoting program throughout the week.
During Wellbeing Week, a variety of activities will be organised to provide tools to increase one's own wellbeing. For example, the Finnish Kennel Club's Care Dogs will visit campuses and a lecture aimed at international students will offer tips on how to survive the Finnish winter and polar night. SYKETTÄ sports services will organize the traditional Sports Afternoon, and the week will culminate with a day trips to Southern Konnevesi and Petkeljärvi National Parks.
In addition to both campuses, there is also some program which will be held online. Please note that some of the week's activities require pre-registration and have an entrance fee. Read more about the whole week's program and offers on the event page isyy.fi/wellbeingweek.
Our partners during the Wellbeing Week: UEF, SYKETTÄ Joensuu, SYKETTÄ Kuopio, FSHS and Compass Group.
