ISYY is organizing a training for active members of clubs on Wednesday 29.1.2020 from 10am to 1pm in Kuopio and Joensuu. The aim of the training is to instruct members of club’s executive board or other actives and help them to organize activities of their club. Subjects of the training are relate to for example clubs’ finances, communications and administration. The training is for registered clubs of ISYY.
In Joensuu campus the training will be in N107.
In Kuopio campus the training will be in MS402.
The registration form is open until Tuesday 28th of January 2020 12pm.

NB! If a club wants to use Student Union’s budget wealth, premises or other benefits in 2019, we obligate at least two board members (or other active members) of a club to participate the training. If there are two persons in the new board (or other active members) who have participated the training in 2018 or 2019, this is not needed.
If required number of club members cannot attend the training ISYY’s Specialist of Organisational Affairs will give substitute tasks.
