Laura Kupiainen appointed as ISYY's second Anti-Harassment Contact Person

The Executive Board of the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland appointed Laura Kupiainen, Specialist for Interest Advocacy, as ISYY’s second Anti-Harrasment Contact Person in its meeting on 13 August 2026. Laura works at ISYY’s Joensuu office.

What Does an Anti-Harassment Contact Person Do?

ISYY's Anti-Harassment Contact Persons offer help and support to students who have encountered harassment or inappropriate behaviour at the University. The harassment contact persons can offer discussion help, advice and act as a support person in situations perceived as oppressive.
