The BRIDGES project is organizing a diverse program in April in honor of the Students' Mental Health Day's campaign!

The Students' Mental Health Day is on the 13th of April 2022 and the day is coordinated by the national association Nyyti ry, which promotes students' mental health. In addition to the day, Nyyti campaigns on 7.-14.4. and is intended to provoke discussion about the wellbeing of students’ mental health. This year, the theme of the day and the campaign is compassion.

ISYY's BRIDGES project will organize an activity supporting well-being and community on both campuses in Joensuu and Kuopio in honor of the Students' Mental Health Day in the first weeks of April! There is, for example, a day trip to Ukko-Koli, a guided sport experiment in wall climbing and other low-threshold events.

Participation in the events of the campaign is free of charge and some of the activities require registration in advance. Campus-specific programs can be found in their entirety behind the links below. Take a look at everything that is coming and sign up today! In addition, ISYY has negotiated student-friendly offers for UEF students for the campus city fitness center Energy, the climbing center and the art museum from 7th to 14th of April.
