Responsible Practices for Visiting Our Offices

The corona pandemic in Kuopio is in an accelerating phase and therefore we would like to remind those who visit our offices to follow our responbile practices.

We encourage all ISYY members to primarily use the digital student card and Sykettä Joensuu or Sykettä Kuopio app when using sports services. However, if you need a sticker to your student card please remember to act responsibly when visiting ISYY office:

• Only come to the office when you are healthy.
• Wash your hands before visiting.
• Remove the old sticker/stickers from your student card.
• Keep a safe distance minimum 1,5 m to others when queuing and visiting the office.
• No more than 2 visitors at the office at the same time.
• If it is possible to take care of your matter via phone or email we recommend kindly you to do so.

The University of Eastern Finland recommends the use of a face mask in all rooms with more than one person at the same time. Face masks provided by UEF are available in campus buildings and at ISYY's Joensuu and Kuopio campus offices. One pack contains 10 face masks. Please take the whole package of 10 masks with you.
