ISYY and SYKETTÄ Susirajalla is organising a low-level Bandminton Tournament, during the Wellbeing Week in Joensuu. The Tournament will be held on 5th and 6th of October in Länsikatu School in Joensuu. The tournament is open for everybody!
The tournament will consists of a women’s division and a men’s division. The divisions are not restricted to any sex or gender, all players may join the division they feel is most suitable for them.
Be sure to register fast, both divisions only have spots for 16 players. Everybody is welcome to attend the tournament as audience members.
The tournament will utilise Badminton Finland’s amateur rules. We will go through the rules at a briefing at the start of the tournament.
The women’s division is played on Saturday 5 October from 11:30 am to 7 pm, and the men’s division is played on Sunday 6 October from 11:30 am to 7 pm.
The daily tournament schedule:
11:30 am Briefing, going through the rules and match schedule
12-3 pm Preliminary round
3-4 pm Lunch break
4-6 pm Playoffs
6-7 pm Finals
