Hello exchange students!

Are you wondering how to eat healthy food in Finland on a student’s budget?
We are three students who are majoring in home economics and we are offering you a chance to learn what groceries to buy and how to cook healthy Finnish food on a student’s budget.

What is home economics?
Home economics is a mandatory subject in primary schools to students who are 13 to 15 year olds. In home economics kids learn how to cook, clean and do their taxes. It’s wildy popular subject here in Finland.

We are looking for 10 to 15 students, we’ll cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and some healthy snacks together.

Date: 5.3.2019/March 5th, 2019
Time: 16:00/4pm
Place: Natura building, home economics class room and kitchen, top floor
Cost: 4,50€
