Equality and transparency are important values for ISYY. ISYY encourages all its members to take part in the Kuopio Pride parade’s ISYY block and the park festival, as well as to wear student overalls to form a rainbow. You can recognise the ISYY block by searching for the ISYY flag.
The parade starts at 2pm behind the Kuopio Adult Education Centre (kansalaisopisto, Keilakuja 4, 70110 Kuopio). You can check the latest parade information on the Kuopio Pride ry's website. The Parade ends in the family-friendly park festival at Maria Jotunin puisto (organiser Kuopio Pride ry). The first 100 students at the ISYY’s station in the Par festival will be given ISYY's Pride-Hemmo overall patch as a memory.
Kuopio Pride ry arranges an official afterparty at Teerenpeli starting at 10pm. More information about the afterparty and ticket sales can be found from the event page.
So make your sign, put on your overalls and come and enjoy yourself with other students in Pride!
