2+3 Adventure is an orienteering event, where 2nd and 3rd year UEF students will get to know each other better and to explore the city by performing fun tasks around the campus city.
The starting point of the event and orienteering, will be located in the very center of the city and the exact place will be announced for every teams contact person after the registration is closed. We hope that you will come to pick up the orienteering maps early from the starting point, so that we can avoid waiting and long lines. The starting point is open from 4 pm until 6 pm. The orienteering points will be open from 5 pm until 9 pm. The aim is to accomplish at least 10 orienteering points, but more performed tasks means more adventure! After the actual orienteering we will have the official after party at Apteekkari, where we can fix the two-year lack of partying together.The after party is open to everyone so all the adventurous people are welcome to attend the after party by paying 3€ (cloakroom fee) at the entrance of Apteekkari during the night.
The event is meant for UEF Students and the registration will be open 2.-20.3.2022. We encourage all adventurous students to register to the mixed teams, which will be composed of students from different study fields. How amazing is that! While registering to the mixed team you can express your willingness to be a leader of the orienteering team. The mixed teams will be composed and contacted via email on the 21st of March.
You can ofcourse register your own team to the event. In the team there can be max. 6 people. One person from the team makes the registration for the whole group. That person acts as a team leader and will be receiving further information when the registration period is closed.
The registration is free. The theme of the event is, as the name states, Adventure, and we encourage all teams to wear something that goes with the theme. Most of the orienteering points will be held outdoors, so it is good to wear something warm and that goes with the weather. And ofcourse, you can wear your overalls if you have one!
