Do you want to meet new people and teach a language to fellow students? We have the perfect opportunity for you in the form of Language Cafés! You can also get credits for the activities.
In a Language Café, your peers and friends are your teachers and at the same time, they can be your students. You can choose to teach your mother tongue or another foreign language you know well. When participating in Language Café activities, as a UEF student you can earn ECTS credits by either attending (1 ECTS) or organising (2 ECTS) a Language Café and by submitting a few small assignments to eLearn Moodle.
Leader training is organised on Friday 11 September from 9 am to 10 am on Google Meet so see you there! Participating in leader training does not bind you to anything. However, all Language Café leaders have to attend the leader training, so you can just attend the training and decide after that whether you want to become a leader or not. If you cannot attend the leader training on Friday, but you would be interested in becoming a leader, please contact ISYY’s Coordinators of International Affairs via email. You can sign up as a Language Café leader till Wednesday 16 September 3 pm with this Google Form.
