Start your week gently in your own rhythm. In this class you can have some time to listen your body and mind. We are training the whole body variously, however, according to your own condition, rhythm and feeling. We will use stairs and gentle slope as a part of training. Instruction includes warm up, aerobic training part and restorative cool down
Please bring your own water bottle and towel or mattress and come to start your week with a great feeling!
