HAPPY TUESDAY!

Spring is just around the corner and the weather keeps getting warmer despite the "takatalvi" we are experiencing at the moment. "Takatalvi" aka return of the winter is normal in Finland and happens a few times before actual spring arrives. We call the short periods of warmth in between "takatalvis" fool's spring. These fool's springs melt the ice so please be careful and don't ice skate on the lake anymore since it's difficult to know at this point whether the ice is thick enough to carry your body weight or not. Read from the Finnish Border Guard's website what should you do if you fall through ice.

There are still tickets left to the free BRIDGES Breakfasts so grab yours from Kide.App if you'd like to meet new people and have free breakfast on campus!

Have a nice week! :)

Kind regards,
Elina
