You can apply for a shift at Studentia Band Reheasal Space by filling an online application form. The application form closes on Tuesday 16th of May at 9 am. All those who have applied for a shift will be contacted during week 20. Summer shifts are valid from the 1st of June until 31st of August.
One shift is max. 2 hours. At summertime the Studentia is open only on workdays from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday 07:00 - 20:00. The shifts that can be applied are:
The rent for one shift at the rehearsal space is 20€/month. The rent has to be paid before the fifth day of the month. Otherwise you'll have to pay a sanction fee of 5€/month.
To train at the band rehearsal space you'll also need a key. To get a key you'll have to pay a deposit fee of 50 euros. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.
