You can apply for a shift at Studentia Band Reheasal Space by filling an online application form. The application form closes on Wednesday 10th of May at 3 pm. All those who have applied for a shift will be contacted during week 20. Summer shifts are valid from the 1st of June until 31st of August. It is not possible to apply for a band shift for a shorter period of time.
One shift is max. 2 hours. At summertime the Studentia is open only on workdays from 2 pm. to 9 pm. Shifts are available from Monday to Friday 07:00 - 20:00. The shifts that can be applied are:
The rent for one shift at the rehearsal space is 20€/month. The rent has to be paid before the fifth day of the month. Otherwise you'll have to pay a sanction fee of 5€/month.
To train at the band rehearsal space you'll also need a key. To get a key you'll have to pay a deposit fee of 50 euros. The bands using the training facilities are obliged to take good care of them and notify ISYY if something gets broken.
If you are interested in booking individual two-hour band shifts for the summer, contact ISYY's Specialist for Organisational Affairs after the application period for standard shifts has ended.
