The City Orienteering (Kaupunkisuunnistus) is an event, where students will go around their campus city’s city centre in groups and complete different kinds of fun tasks given to them by different student associations and ISYY clubs. The starting point for the orienteering is at Market Squares in both campus cities after the Academic Year Opening events. City Orienteering is free for new students and continuing students have an opportunity to participate in the event by paying a small fee. The day will culminate in the after parties in both cities!
An email regarding registration as a checkpoint was sent to ISYY’s clubs and subject and campus organisations on 13 April 2026. Checkpoint locations will be allocated primarily to the organisations mentioned above, but if there are any remaining spots, other organisations in the campus cities are also welcome to host a checkpoint. To register as a checkpoint, please fill out the registration form sent via email or contact ISYY’s Community Coordinator by 31 May 2026.
Information about the enrollment for different teams will be updated on this page during summer.
