ESN Joensuu and the Joensuu Campus Sports Club welcome all UEF students to a casual introduction to Finnish Baseball (Pesäpallo). Pesäpallo is the national sport of Finland and it was created by Lauri “Tahko” Pihkala in the 1910’s. You can find more information about the sport and the rules HERE or by watching the video here.
The event is held at the Louhela Field (Länsikatu 17, Joensuu) at 16-18. The event is completely free for all members of ESN Joensuu and the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY). The price for participating is 3€ for non-members. Payment on the event, please bring exact change.
The only thing you need to do is to sign up using this form. The sign-up will close on the 18th of September (18.9.2019) at midnight or when the maximum participant number (20) is reached
