ISYY’s Smiles and Complaints Week takes place 22.-28.4.

ISYY’s Smiles and Complaints Week will be held on 22.–28.4.2024. During the week you will have an opportunity to give feedback on both campuses for example to the Student Union, the University, FSHS (Finnish Student Health Services), campus restaurants, or any other party involved in Student life.

Which things are actually working and deserve some acknowledgement? Moreover, which things are more irritating and need some improvements? Please, tell us and we will take your feedback forward! 

You can give us your feedback anonymously on both campuses by using Post-it notes or by filling the electronic form. In Kuopio it is possible to give feedback through Post-it notes either in the Snellmania or Canthia lobby. In Joensuu you can find the spot for Post-it notes in the Carelia or Metria lobby.

The electronic form opens on Monday 22 April at 8:00 in the morning and closes on Sunday 28 April at 23.59.
