New group class. Welcome to the kriya yoga class!
Kriya yoga is a yoga that promotes health and well-being in everyday life and outside of school. In addition, you will practice pranayama, i.e. breathing exercises, and guided meditation. We will go through the basic teachings and exercises of kriya yoga that can be used in everyday life.
The class is held Thursdays 30.11, 6.11., 20.11, and 4.12. from 5 PM to 5.55 PM at Studentia. Class will be instructed only in Finnish! |
