The Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY) celebrates its 7th birthday in the form of the Anniversary Dinner Party in Olavinlinna castle in Savonlinna on Saturday 18th of March 2017 starting at 5 pm.
The anniversary celebrations are held every other year, each campus city hosting in their turn. As the Savonlinna campus is being relocated to Joensuu, this is the last opportunity to celebrate in Savonlinna. Join us for one of a kind evening with good food and drinks, great company, and merry academic tradition.

Registration for the jubilee
Registration for the jubilee is open until the end of February, but book your place early because there is a limited amount of seats in the venue.
The registration will be done via the electronic form.
Confirm your registration by paying the prize of your chosen dinner card and brunch or bus transportation by Friday 10th of March on account FI59 5770 0520 2461 55. Write your name in the message, and your date’s name if you pay also their attendance.
Transportation and accommodation
There is a bus transportation from Joensuu and Kuopio to the party, and the buses leave back when the after party in the castle is over. The Bus from Kuopio leaves at 2.30 pm from Snellmania.
The bus from Joensuu leaves at 3pm in front of Carelia building. The buses leave back at 2am in front of Olavinlinna.
The guests can book accommodation from Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone (address Kauppatori 4-6). There are 15 standard rooms reserved for the anniversary guests. Your room price includes the brunch and sauna.
