Principles of protecting personal data

Personal data is stored only by electronic means. When data is transferred online, it is protected by the University’s server. Access to the database that contains personal data is restricted by online technology as well as by user identifications and passwords. A limited group of the Student Union’s staff members have the access rights and the accessible data is restricted on the grounds of the field of operation.
