Regular transfers and disclosures

Email addresses of the Representative council members and vice member are transferred to the Representative councils email list. Council members contact information is published at the homepage of ISYY based on candidates consent. 

Following data of voters is transferred from UEF's Peppi to ISYY election system:

• UEF username
• Name
• Attendance information (yes/no)

In addition candidates can by themselves provide information to National Union of University Students in Finland's Election compass.

Data transfer or disclosure to outside EU or EEA 

Personal data shall not be transferred to outside EU or EEA. Contact information of the members and vice-members of the representative council is published at homepage of ISYY according to the candidates agreement. The name of the list of candidates, name, Major(s) or degree programme(s) and the election number of every canditate is published at the homepage of ISYY. Homepage of ISYY is also visible outside of EU or EEA.
